The webform component countdown is not able to be displayed

Registration for 2021 will be announced in January; please email the organisers at if you require further information.

Successful conference delegates will receive a participation confirmation in March.

Please complete the questions below and ensure you fill out ALL fields as required.

We expect most participants to give either a poster or oral presentation based on an abstract submitted on this form.

Abstracts should follow the format of the sample available here.

To submit an abstract, ensure that all fields under 'Presentation Details' are completed.  Please upload a Word file (.doc or .docx only please) containing your abstract as well as pasting your abstract into the Abstract box. When ready, click the 'Send' button.

As capacity of the meeting is limited to 100 participants, please await confirmation before making travel arrangements. In case of over-subscription, places will be allocated on the basis of abstracts. A confirmation of participation will be sent shortly after the closing date.

Payment details: Payment will only be requested from confirmed delegates in April 2021. The registration fee of £550, also includes drinks events, refreshments, and some evening meals.
